Deric is a mechanical engineer by training and has over 20 years’ experience as a project manager and design manager within the building services industry, with a particular focus on mission critical installations for pharmaceutical, data centres and manufacturing facilities.

Deric has a deep level of knowledge from working in a multiple industries and projects on the world stage like the London Olympics to technically complicated and mission critical builds such as grade B pharmaceutical production lines) across South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Mauritius, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe and Dubai.
