Johné is a Document Controller with experience in mining capital construction and commercial works. Her exposure to the built environment has been in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Cape Town, South Africa.

She holds a Bachelor of Information Science degree in Publishing as well as an Honours degree in Information Sciences.

She was part of the Ivanhoe Kamoa-Kakula Phase 3 Concentrator project from September 2022 – June 2024 and is currently working on Granger Bay Quay 7 project since July 2024.
