Tim is a Project Director with over 30 years knowledge in Project and Construction Management, specifically in Legacy Projects in South Africa, and abroad. He is client focused, able to navigate high-stress situations, calmly and effectively. Through the utilization of relationship-building and strong communication abilities he develops strong relationships with stakeholders, leading and motivating teams to success.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Hallamshire University in Sheffield, a Master of Science in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town, Prince II Practitioner in Project Management, as well as PMP.
